Terms of Use

By using Trivianator, you agree to these terms.

Trivia accuracy

Questions and explanations are reviewed for accuracy, but mistakes can happen and facts can change. Trivianator is for entertainment and general educational use and should not be relied on for professional, medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

Playing and sharing

You may record, livestream, post, and monetize video of your own Trivianator gameplay, including gameplay that shows the Trivianator name and interface. Do not imply that Trivianator sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with you unless that is actually true.

Content and automated extraction

The game interface, branding, question collection, explanations, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Normal gameplay and creator recording are welcome. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, republication of the question database, or use of the site to build a competing question bank is not permitted without written permission.

Availability

Features, game modes, questions, and availability may change. We may correct, update, retire, or remove questions at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, overload the service, or use automated systems in a way that interferes with normal play.
